Here in the tri-state area, we’re approaching the end of summer; I like fall but I love summer more
. So while we still have these last days of summer, I thought I’d feature these Crispy Shrimp Lettuce Wraps. This is such a wonderful and light recipe that was provided by Chef Tyler Florence and showcased on the website Kitchen Daily. As you all know, I love watching Tyler Florence on the Food Network and this recipe is definitely easy and delicious. This is great for an afternoon snack, as an appetizer, or at a BBQ. If you like the ingredient list below, click on the link above for the recipe. Enjoy

Oh and thank your mom for her comments yesterday…I’m sure it will get easier sending Miss A off to school (someday – ha!). Miss the little gal though – yet I’m so proud of her at the same time.

Oh, these looks so simple and delicious and I just love the use of lettuce over traditional bread – what a great change-up. Mango and shrimp is a dynamite combination. Yum!

I could just eat a few of those my friend, they look absolutely scrumptious, do we squeeze a little lemon juice over that and then of course it is time to pour the wine and then…
lol. Those hungry pains are forming again
lol

Oh! What a fantastic, fun starter for an end of Summer bbq, and a start of Spring one for me. We’ve had some lovely Spring weather the last couple of days, I’m sorry that means the start of fall for you. We change with the seasons,(don’t we, I know I do!) and a European Autumn I love! Have a great weekend!
