Grilled Maple-Mustard Chicken Wings

Everyone knows, one of my ‘favorite foods‘, is chicken. And there’s nothing I love more than a great chicken wing recipe.. that’s why I will be making this Grilled Maple-Mustard Chicken Wing dish from Chow. Of course this recipe can be used on any part of the chicken and I can see this being a great appetizer for any party (cost-effective and delicious.. a party host couldn’t pick a better appetizer). And everyone always finds themselves near the chicken wings at any party (smiles). I can’t wait to try this out. View the ingredient list below and click above for the recipe. Happy Friday!

    • #6 by Purely.. Kay on February 4, 2012 - 12:05 PM

Sometimes, even if a recipe calls for deep fried wings, I will bake them Ms. Norma :) . By the way I love your name, it was my grandmothers :) . I hope you have a great weekend

Looks so tasty! My mom used to use mustard too so I’m definitely gonna give this a try.

    • #14 by Purely.. Kay on February 4, 2012 - 12:09 PM

intresting… not sure of maple mustard, something about maple and chicken I am having issues with lol

    • #22 by Purely.. Kay on February 4, 2012 - 12:13 PM

Really Bobby? lol. The maple acts almost like a sticky glaze but depending on which you use.. it isn’t that sweet. It also plays off of the sweet and savory taste. I hope you have a great weekend

  12. #23 by Malou on February 4, 2012 - 8:15 AM

Wow, this sounds very delicious and I can’t wait to try! I love the idea of mustard and maple syrup since I am a big fan of the honey-mustard salad dressing. Chicken wings with this amazing combination of flavors is my idea of finger-licking goodness. ;-)

    • #24 by Purely.. Kay on February 4, 2012 - 12:14 PM

I LOVE honey mustard salad dressing. I don’t eat it a lot though but when I do I enjoy it immensely :) . And Malou, I agree.. this chicken wing recipe just promotes good times :) . I hope you have a great weekend
