Strawberry Champagne Slushies

It’s food Friday!! But I thought I’d do something different today.. there will be no food (can you imagine saying that to a crowd of hungry children *laughs*). Instead, today’s theme is all about “Grown-Up Cocktails“. And I found this Strawberry Champagne Slushie recipe from the wonderful blog Une Vie Saine. This is such a perfect grown up slushie to enjoy; and this can also be a cool wedding shower/wedding drink as well. Yes, I know I don’t drink.. but I do like some champagnes.. so I will be trying this. View the ingredient list below and click the link for the recipe. 1 more recipe coming up..

This looks lovely!!! I can’t manage to get the link to work or the website. It says that the page cannot be found. :( I guess I will have to just do a trial and error testing.

Our Wedding Anniversary is next month and have a bubbly set aside. Might have to give this a whirl just something different and refreshing. Have a Great Weekend!

These look absolutely delightful! I’ll have to wait to enjoy this recipe, it is only 39° outside right now with this recent cold snap, but I’m saving it for toe-warming weather!

What an awesome idea. I love this one. And I must be channeling Kay, because we just made a dessert with strawberry and prosecco.

Champagne is one of the joys of life (well mine anyway haha) – what a delicious looking drink !

What a clever idea … My mother always used to enjoy putting a strawberry in white wine and then eating it after finishing the glass. This looks way better tho :)

This seems a bit wicked to me,
doing that to a glass of Champagne
could be risky in some places :) lol

I might give it a go one of these evenings though :)
