Crumpets & Hats

Have you ever looked through design or food magazines and immediately got ideas for a future party? I know I have.. but unfortunately my place isn’t big enough for an event. So what do you do when you can’t be a hostess.. PLAN for somebody else (smiles). So when I got the idea for a sophisticated, ladies only, wedding shower party.. I opened Adobe and came up with this. This event calls for ladies to wear hats, while enjoying the assortment of finger foods in the garden. So what do you think?

I think this would be a wedding shower that I would enjoy attending (and I’m usually not a big fan). I love the hat idea! I’ve always wanted an excuse to wear a big fun hat…still waiting for Mike to take me to the Derby. LOL!
