Meyer Lemon Macarons

I know I was tickled pink when I found this Meyer Lemon Macaron recipe over at Food52. Who knew making French macarons could be so easy?     I’ve tried many a batch of macarons, haven’t just been perfect, yet! however I’ve just purchased the silicon sheet made just for baking macarons..I feel another challenge in the kitchen! Lemon Macarons, they look a treat! x

    Okay…these would be far too dangerous for me. You know how I am with all things lemon. These would last a day. (Not even if I hid them in my freezer.) ;)

    I’d love to try baking macarons.. I’ve been nervous to try, I think they’re a bit complicated, but so worth it if they’re lemon flavored!

    You can see the air inside the macaroons and you know these are going to be light and fluffy.
