This Food Friday is more challenging then ever. Why? Because today’s theme is all about “Ribs” and I find myself extremely hungry (laughs). But I couldn’t resist posting Ian Knauer’s Sticky Balsamic Rib recipe, from Food 52. Don’t these just call your name? (laughs). Now both recipes, featured here today, are made with pork ribs. If you don’t care for pork ribs, then take out your beef ribs and use the same spices listed below. All recipes can be adapted to fit your needs. And for those of you who don’t like oven ribs, you don’t know what you’re missing (of course you can grill both rib recipes as well). View the ingredient list below and click the link for the recipe. You can’t give us two rib recipes one after the other because I HAD TO CHOOSE ONE and it was sooo hard !! This one looked simply amazing but I ran out of balsamic…
