When its hot, I find myself not wanting to “eat heavy“. I learned this particular term from my mother and it just means that I don’t think I can handle a Thanksgiving meal at this time (laughs). But I do, however, want something hearty with a light flair. So I decided that today’s theme would be titled.. Sandwich Heaven.
