Classic Diner Burger

I was born and raised in what we call “The Diner Capital of the World” (lets see if you can guess where that is without Google’s help). So I can basically tell a good diner over a bad one. How? The food; especially if I order a burger. And since today’s theme is all about Burgers, I thought it’ll be cool to feature this Classic Diner Burger recipe from Food52. This burger may not be an exact replica of a classic diner burger, but it’s probably the best one to follow if you’ve never visited Diner Country. I just love a good Diner (smiles). View the ingredient list below and click the link for the recipe. Happy Friday

This would indeed make for a happy Friday! We don’t eat diner food like we used to, but when we do, there is nothing like a juicy burger. YUM!

I love a good burger though they are hard to find in this small corner of the world far from “the Diner capital of the world”. I shall make an attempt to use this recipeeso I can get a glimpse of what life is like in Burger paradise

I knew it is our neighbour, New Jersey, did not need to Google. Adding lemon juice to the ground meat is new to me, will try next time I make a burger.
