My Italian may be rusty (smiles), but I must say… I LOVE Italian villas. Every-time I see one, in a magazine, I always want to pack up my life, purchase my ticket, and go find me one to live in. Of course I know it’s not that simple, but in your dreams everything is simple right (laughs)? So I couldn’t pass up the chance to showcase some of my favorite rustic Italian villas I found during my online travels. Each different and more beautiful than the last. Enjoy the day, as always (smiles).

Gorgeous and so comfy! If I had this house I would never want to leave the front door. I would have to have lots of staff to run errands for me.

You always manage to find me my dream homes Kay. I would LOVE to retire in Italy someday – I’d have a happy heart and a satisfied tummy.
