Beef Tenderloin w/Port Wine Sauce

Dinner is an important meal of the day. After work/school, everyone wants to sit down and enjoy something wonderful. So in keeping with the ‘Where’s the Beef?‘ theme that I love, I found this incredible Porcini and Rosemary Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Port Wine Sauce recipe, from Food52. I can just see this being perfect for a romantic date.. complete with candles, soft  music, and wonderful conversation. Think about it ;) .     Right! That’s Sunday lunch sorted, just need the veg, roasted potatoes perhaps or a creamy mash oh and of course the invites to friends to be sent out. Looks delishhhhhhh

    Beef tenderloin is such a great piece of meat…add a port wine sauce and it is so elegant.
