Ice cream sandwiches can be made in many different ways. You can use waffles (as seen in the recipe below) cookies, or brownies as the sandwich and pair it with your fav. ice cream. But you must admit, there’s nothing like the classic ice cream sandwich you first tasted when you were a child. And since I’m ‘Never gonna say goodbye to Ice Cream‘, why not feature this amazing Classic Ice Cream Sandwich recipe from Martha Stewart. Now, this is an appropriate way to say goodbye to the best weather of the year. View the ingredient list below and click the link for the recipe. Happy Friday!

Although it is a beautiful fall day here right now, it is still warm enough to enjoy an ice cream sandwich.

I am drooling already. Even though the coast is being bashed by high winds and rain, I cannot think of something better than making an ice cream and curling up close to the open fire and eating the ice cream quickly before it melts….
