I’ve never been a HUGE cake person (preferring ice cream over cake), but I do LOVE chocolate cake. And I can eat that cake all day long. So in the spirit of great desserts, today’s theme is all about, you guessed it, ‘Cake‘. And these aren’t your average cakes… like this amazing Applesauce Cake with Caramel Glaze recipe from Food52.
