Cheese Truck Grilled Cheese

ctgcheeseSince today’s theme is all about Comfort Food, I could not end a Food Friday without featuring a classic.. the Grilled Cheese. I can remember asking my mom to make me PB&J or the famous Grilled Cheese (those were the days). So during my online travels, I lucked up on this sophisticated Ode to the Caseus Cheese Truck Grilled Cheese recipe from Food52. With the addition of sage leaves and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, this classic is taken to another level of comfort. View the ingredient list and click above for the recipe. Happy Friday!

You know DD, I’ve never thought about that. I would be a cool idea but I think I’d probably become overwhelmed quickly lol. I hope you’re enjoying your day

I’ve yet to come upon a cheese that didn’t make a great grilled cheese sandwich. When in doubt, add a little parmigiano reggiano. Never thought to add sage. Hmmm…

When in doubt, add any cheese you can LOL. But I agree with you, I’ve never come across any cheese that haven’t made the best grilled cheese.
