Everyday around lunch time, I have to decide whether I want to eat something healthy OR have a treat with a healthy dish. And usually I choose having a treat with a healthy dish (laughs). For example, if I want a burger, I’d eat 1 slider (moderation) with lets say broccoli. But if I wanted Lunch for Dinner, I’d just try out this Lamb Sliders with Feta, Red Onions, and Cumin-Mayonnaise recipe from Food52. I must have psychic powers all of a sudden, because I can see you drooling from your screen. Oh wait, that’s me (laughs). View the ingredient list and click above for the recipe. Happy Friday!

Mmm, lamb sliders are a perfect way to welcome summer! I know, we’re barely approaching spring, but it’s good to be prepared, right?! I just made some more sprouted wheat buns, now I’m inspired to make slider buns too! Thanks for the inspiration again, Kay.

I completely agree Judy. I think I’m just wishing and hoping that summer comes fast because we have another storm this week. I just can’t wait until I pull out the grill
. And your buns sound scrumptious. Let me know when you post that recipe.. I need a mini bun recipe. I hope you had an incredible weekend!

Delicious. Great mints think alike. I just made a slow roasted lamb shoulder and my mint sauce would be a delightful topping for your burger. I will be right over… Get the grill going.
