Slow-Cooked Pork Tacos

scptacosI love cooking, but there are times when I don’t really want to cook anything after work. So one day I decided, I was going to make a quick and easy lunch dish for dinner. Who knew I’d keep that tradition and use it s today’s theme. Regular or fish tacos are great for lunch, so why not try out this Slow-Cooked Pork Taco recipe, from Food52, for dinner. They’re fun, delish, and I guarantee you won’t have a lot to clean up. Great for a night when you don’t want to wash dishes (laughs). View the ingredient list and click above for the recipe. Another recipe coming up..

That is such a great idea. The pressure to cook dinner after work is sometimes overwhelming. I love this idea. Throw it in the slow cooker and come home to hot dinner in the evening!

Exactly. The slow cooker really can be your best friend. I’ve also seen some new pressure cookers that look like they could be my best friend as well :) . Not sure which one would be better yet. Which do you have?

I have a slow cooker, which took me a while to learn to leave unattended. Pressure cookers scare me! Like little bombs!

That’s the best part of a slow cooker, leaving the room lol. And the food comes out spectacular. Pressure cookers scare me too. I did see some better ones on the market but still scared of them.

Yeah. New or not, pressure cookers are just bombs in the kitchen!

LOL.. I think I will try the new one though lol. If I try it, you have to at least think about trying it lol.
