Portable Pork Sandwich

There’s something about turning one dish into another that just makes me excited. Well lets face it, it’s less work (since the main ingredient is cooked), and I get to try something new the next day (laughs). That’s what I call a win-win and not a lazy/cheating moment (laughs). Since today is all about reinvention, why not turn that leftover pork into this Portable Pork Sandwich from Food52. I love that this recipe was inspired by street food at the Brooklyn Flea Market. Flea Markets always seem to have the best food, don’t they? I can’t wait till it’s warm. View the ingredient list and click above for the recipe. Happy Friday!

Well lady, you have no idea what you’re missing. Which is why today’s theme is all about Reinvention. If you have some left over roast or rotisserie chicken, why not reinvent it and try out this Spicy Asian Chicken Salad Lettuce Cups recipe from HuffPost Taste. Who wouldn’t want to enjoy this?
