Whenever summer rolls around, I find myself choosing lighter but fuller meals. I know that probably doesn’t make any sense, but I’m not a bird eater people (laughs). I LOVE a good meal.. and would rather not feel weighed down after eating (especially in the summer time). Which is why I chose the theme ‘I Heart Salmon‘ in the first place.
