Salmon with Thai Sweet Chili Glaze

Whenever summer rolls around, I find myself choosing lighter but fuller meals. I know that probably doesn’t make any sense, but I’m not a bird eater people (laughs). I LOVE a good meal.. and would rather not feel weighed down after eating (especially in the summer time). Which is why I chose the theme ‘I Heart Salmon‘ in the first place. Or maybe it was because I found this Broiled Salmon with Thai Sweet Chili Glaze recipe from the website Once Upon A Chef. Salmon Papillotes

Writing this blog has definitely made it easier for me to try new things.. especially foods I thought I didn’t like. Once upon a time, I thought I didn’t like salmon (what was I thinking *laughs*); but now salmon has become one of my favorite dishes to eat. So of course the theme ‘I Heart Salmon‘ was perfect.
